Orang mau pencairan sekarang malah di suruh besok tanpa alasan yang jelas padahal baru jam 1 siang padahal ngga begitu ramai

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari beberapa cabang BNI yg pernah saya kunjungi ini yang paling buruk pelayanannya. Staf customer service a.n Oryza pelayanannya tidak ramah, tidak ada sapa ataupun salam ke nasabah, dan terlihat buru-buru, mungkin karena saya termasuk nasabah-nasabah terakhir menjelang tutup.
Of the several BNI branches that I have visited, this is the worst service. Customer service staff a.n Oryza the service is not friendly, there is no greeting or greeting to customers, and looks in a hurry, maybe because I am one of the last customers before closing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gimana ceritanya prokes, nasabah suruh antre di kuar kagak ada atap kagak ada bangku. Ada nenek2, ibu hamil, balita. Wadauw, mana itu kan halamannya sempit. Full parkir. Kayak ngerendahin orang banget ya. Sama ngga lincah bergerak, ambil langkah buat antisipasi tumpukan antrean nasabah. Tambah CSO kek, atau dari satpam udah dipilah kepentingannya spt apa. Yg cuma buka blokiran, ganti buku kasih CSO sendiri. Sistem antreannya manual gpp. Bedain sama yg urusannya lama. Yg ajuin kredit sendiri CSOnya. Ya elaaah.
What's the story about the prokes, customers are told to queue at the kuar, there's no roof and no benches. There are grandmothers, pregnant women, toddlers. Wow, what a narrow page. Full parking. It's like humiliating people. Equally not agile to move, take steps to anticipate piles of customer queues. Add a CSO, kek, or from the security guard what kind of interests have been sorted out. Those who only unblock, replace the CSO's own love book. The queuing system is manual gpp. Different from the old business. The one who applies for credit is the CSO himself. Yes elaaah.
