★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpam, teller dan cs nya ramah. Cuma kalo ngantri buat CS itu harus dateng lebih pagi. Mungkin karena masih masa pandemi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pencairan dana PIP di BNI Kotabumi, penjelasan teller tentang dokumen yg hrs dibawa tidak jelas, sehingga saya harus 4 KL mengurus surat ke sekolah, mohon jika ada persyaratan yg kurang,jelaskan dgn sejelas2nya, karena bukan hanya saya aja yg mengalaminya ada yg kurang mencantumkan no rek, ada yg kurang menyatakan siswa PIP dan hari ini ternyata stempel harus basah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ di kondisi pandemi, KCP ini menerapkan sistem kuota jika hendak berkunjung ke Customer Service. Meski bukanya jam 8, saran saya datanglah jam 6.30 dan langsung hampiri satpam terkait untuk daftar antrean. Dan Satpam di sini baik dan ramah juga kok, engga kalah sama bank lain.
In pandemic conditions, this KCP applies a quota system if you want to visit Customer Service. Even though it opens at 8, my suggestion is to come at 6.30 and immediately approach the relevant security guard for a queue list. And the security guards here are kind and friendly too, they don't lose to other banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cs yang cowok sangat tidak ramah dan tidak membantu nasabah malah dibikin ribet. Tetapi, untuk yg cewek dan satpamnya ramah sekali. Sayangnya hanya satu oknum yg mengecewakan
The male cs are very unfriendly and don't help customers, they make it complicated. However, for the girls and the security guards are very friendly. Unfortunately only one person is disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pribadi puas dengan pelayanannya.mbak2 CS dan satpamnya ramah dan sabar.membantu dengan setia hati.disarankan sebelum kesini sebaiknya pagi jam stgh 6 kesini dlu daftar ke satpam yg jaga baru jam stgh 8 ditukar dengan no antrian.terima kasih BNI.
I'm personally satisfied with the service. Madam CS and the security guard are friendly and patient. Helping faithfully. It's recommended that before coming here, it's best in the morning at 6 PM here first, register with the security guard who is on duty at 8 PM, exchange it with a queue number. Thank you BNI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawai nya ramah2 banget, minusnya cuma tempatnya aja yang sempit, tenda tempat nunggunya pun terbilang sedikit, parkir tidak terlalu luas. Semoga kedepannya bisa berkembang ya untuk tempatnya
The employees are very friendly, the only minus is that the place is narrow, the tent where the waiting is quite small, the parking lot is not too wide. Hopefully in the future it can develop for the place
