★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadi saya anter ayah saya buat minta formulir untuk pencairan Bpum UMKM, nanya sama scurity nya, katanya formulir nya lagi di fhto copy dan saya disuruh balik lagi besok dengan nada bicara scurity nya ga sopan tangan dimasukin kekantong , apa karna saya ingin melakukan pencairan dana dari pemerintah, diperlakukan seperti ini, saya pernah bekerja di Bank BCA saya tau bagaimana caranya melayani nasabah dengan baik, bukan seperti ini.
Earlier I queued my father to ask for a form for disbursement of Bpum UMKM, asked for security, he said the form was again on fhto copy and I was told to come back tomorrow with a tone of security, it was impolite, my hand was put in my pocket, because I wanted to disburse funds from government, treated like this, I have worked at Bank BCA I know how to serve customers well, not like this.
