Very small waiting area, few cs, long playanan can take more than 2 hours to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disuruh nunggu lebih dari 2 jam..security nya pilih kasih malah yg kenal duluan yg dikasih tiket antrian..padahal sudah nunggu dari pagi2 sebelum tempat diterima..counter yg buka didalam juga terbatas jadi harus ekstra bersabar..kalo ga penting2 bnget mah gamau deh kesini..kapok
Told to wait for more than 2 hours.. the security is picky, even those who know first are given a queue ticket.. even though they have been waiting since the morning before the place is accepted.. the counter that is open inside is also limited so you have to be extra patient.. if it's not really important, I don't want to come here.. tired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong dong, sistem parkir liar dibersikan disitu udh ada security msh aja ada pungutan parkir liar, saya dirugikan hanya sebentar ambil ATM doang, sdh dikenai parkir 2K sangat dirugikan, tolong kejadiannya baru hari ini pagi Sabtu 22 Januari 2022, belagu pungutan parkir liarnya merasa tanggungjawab saya dikenai 2K ,itupun saya cuma sebentar, tolong pihak BNI cabang cimanggu ,saya dirugikan dgn adanya pungutan parkir liar buat apa ada security kalau nasabah gak bisa terlayanj sekaligus melindungi nasabah dr pungutan parkir liar.
