★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk antrian semerawut di biatkan orang berkerumun dan tempat tunggud i luar tidak di berikan duduk, untuk antri ke cs bisa sampai 2jam lebih,

Seriously. It's really funny to queue for more than an hour just to serve 1 customer at CS. the cs is also only 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the smaller branch of the bank at a pretty busy street. And so, the queue was insanely long and uncomfortable. Customers were told to wait outside at the parking lot. Took hours just to get called in. Inside, there were only one teller and one CS agent seemed to be working. They even took some time serving each customer, not helping with the long queue. Really, you better go to other branches in the first place. Would save you some time and energy. Don't even think about coming to this branch. Thumbs down??
