★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Registrasinya lama, udah regist di website masih disuruh tulis manual. Datang jam 8, tes antigen jam 9.15, mending ke lab lain aja ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking online lewat halodoc, dg harapan gak perlu antri, sehingga bisa jaga jarak dg yg mau antigen/PCR ( krn kita bukan mau PCR/antigen). Sudah datang sesuai dg jadwal yg ada di halodoc. Ternyataaaaaa, tetep harus antri bareng2 dg yg mau antigen/PCR di satu tempat. Semoga lebih baik yaa kedepannya..dipisahkan antara yang mau antigen/pcr dengan yang test lab lainnya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lab yg tdk professional. Infonya kalau tes di atas jam 11.00-19.00 hasil akan keluar esok hari Di jam 19.00-23.59. saya melakukan pengecekan jam 18.00 sampai saat saya menuliskan ini h+2 Hari belum mendapatkan juga hasilnya.
Unprofessional lab. The info is that if the test is after 11.00-19.00 the results will be out tomorrow at 19.00-23.59. I checked at 18.00 until when I wrote this, h+2 Days, I still haven't gotten the results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biasanya gercep, kasus naik dikit harga antigen biasa 50 jd 60 tp keluarnya lama bgt, lalu ini pcr sudah lewat 1x24 jam hasil saya blm keluar jg, cs ga responsif, ga lagi lah disini
Usually it's fast, the case goes up a little, the price of the usual antigen is 50 to 60 but it takes too long to come out, then this pcr has passed 1x24 hours, my results haven't come out yet, cs isn't responsive, it's not here anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak layak jadi medical center untuk PCR maupun antigen, tiba2 nomor antrian saya hilang sama petugas sampai sudah kosong tempat nya saya juga belum di tes PCR SEPERTI SENGAJA
PETUGAS ga kompeten main colok hidung tanpa kasih aba2 terlebih dahulu dan tidak ada edukasi, baru kali ini PCR ditempat yang salah
I don't deserve to be a medical center for PCR or antigen, suddenly my queue number disappeared with the officer until the place was empty, I also haven't been tested for PCR AS INTENDED
OFFICERS are not competent to play nose plugs without giving first instructions and no education, this is the first time PCR is in the wrong place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah beberapa kali antigen di situ, masih sepi dan cepat prosesnya, lalu pernah ke situ lagi, ramai dan sangat lambat pelayanannya (satu nomor bisa lebih dr 15 menit) tidak ada antisipasi kalau banyak pengunjung. Seharusnya petugas ditambah dan pekerjaan dapat dilakukan secara paralel.
There have been several times when the antigen was there, it was still quiet and the process was fast, then I was there again, it was crowded and the service was very slow (one number could be more than 15 minutes) there was no anticipation if there were many visitors. The staff should be added and work can be done in parallel.
