★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman buruk pengajuan KSM (Kredit Serbaguna Mandiri) lewat cabang ini, bilang nya proses cepat, seminggu cair ternyata ditunggu sampai 3 minggu mangkrak proses nya. Marketing low respone banget. Habis waktu, uang, pikiran dapetnya ZONK. Akhirnya cancel pengajuan daripada di gantung gak jelas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk terutama CS nya,,tidak mau mengusahakan keluhan nasabah,,sudah jelas jelaas saya sudah telpon 14000 kalo pembatalan auto debit itu memang bisa di kantor cabang mana saja tapi CS NYA bilang harus ke KCP pas kita pembukaan rekening,,bukan sekali dua kali terjadi,,tapi setiap saya kesitu pasti ada penolakan,,tolong di tingkatkan lagi pelayanan nya KCP Borobudur

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada pengalaman jelek di cabang ini. Saya mau ambil uang di ATM, ada trouble kayaknya ATMnya, hanging. Otomatis saya coba terus. Tetiba, masuk lah Satpam celenok bin o'on ke ruang ATM. Itu Satpam gak ngomong gak apa, cuma mematung di sebelah saya, sambil natap. Gue biarin bbrp saat. Mau lihat mannerya. Eh, tetep gak nyapa. Proses selanjutnya gak usah gue ceritain, tapi gue sangat tersinggung. Gue serasa dianggap KRIMINAL. Gue kasih bintang 1 tuh buat cabang ini. Dan, jika kamu pejabat cabang ini, catet nama gue. Cek, bener gak gue pelanggan disana?
