★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayan tuk nomor antrian masih manual dan dibatasi. Pelayan di kasir sangat lambat.
Mohon dsedikan mesin antrian otomatis. Banyak yg kecewa sudah datang jauh2. Tidak bisa dilayani. Dan klau bisa jangan dbatasi jumlah pengunjung yg dtg.
The queue number tuk waiter is still manual and limited. The waitress at the checkout was slow.
Please provide an automatic queuing machine. Many are disappointed that they have come a long way. Cannot be served. And if you can, don't limit the number of visitors who come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pihak bank BJB klw sekiranya tidak konsisten dengan skema buka rekening online lebih baik dihapus skemanya! Istri saya sudah daftar buka rekening online tapi setelah datang ke kantor malah ditolak dengan alasan hanya melayani buka rekening dengan antrian manual, sangat mengecewakan..
For the BJB bank, if it is inconsistent with the online account opening scheme, it is better to delete the scheme! My wife has registered to open an online account but after coming to the office it was rejected on the grounds that it only serves opening accounts with manual queues, very disappointing..

Apalagi pada saat rame banget.. Nggak bisa ngatur...
Saran.
1. Selalu menghimbau patuhi protokol kesehatan.
2. Sediakan trmpat untuk menunggu diluar yg nyaman dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan
3. Hati2 memberikan statement khususnya para security, jngan smape ada orang yg nunggu dari Jam 3.
4. Perbaiki sistem amtrian dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan.
5. Di atur juga parkir dengan baik, agar rapih.
6. Tolong professional seluruh karyawan bjb khususnya security. Jngan ada orang datang terakhir.. Dikasih nomer awalan.

Suggestion.
1. Always adhere to health protocols.
2. Provide a space for comfortable waiting outside in compliance with medical protocols
3. Be careful giving statements, especially the security, don't smape anyone waiting from 3 o'clock.
4. Improve the amtrian system by complying with health protocols.
5. Arrange the parking well too, so that it is neat.
6. Please be professional for all BJB employees, especially security. Don't have anyone come last .. Given a prefix number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian buka rekening baru dari jam 3 pagi, jam 6 baris antri, jam 7 baru dikasih no antrian.. Mau nyimpen duit aja dipersulit
The queue to open a new account is from 3 am, at 6 am the line is queued, at 7 am the queue number is just given... Wanting to save money is difficult
