I asked prior to visit how long process would take. Promised 30 minutes for 2 treatments, but I ended up staying for 1.5hour for only 1. Cancelled the other one because I didn't have enough time.
Treatment was done on the 3rd floor, air conditioner was on, but almost did not help at all. I was wearing a tank and short, yet still sweating. Place also lacked of enough light. I had to use my phone's flashlight.
It was the most painful waxing I've ever had. It hurted me not when the strip was peeled, but when she rolled the device to put on the gel. No idea what she did to make it that painful.
At some point, the device stopped working (ran out of the gel thingy). The lady did not even realize until I notice she spent 10 mins on the same spot.
Not coming back ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The therapist needs more deodorant in the afternoon. The massage is so so. It has no relaxing ambience. No relaxing music. Place quite clean,but still has dust odour from the carpet. The price is moderate. But for that kind of price,the place could be improved in some ways.
