★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aneh barang branded sekelas valentino, baru 1 tahun, ga pernah dipakai sudah kebuka lem nya, petugas yg namanya Ima memberikan informasi yg ga kelas, menurut dia repair dilakukan oleh lokal, hrs nunggu 3 bln, karena nunggu antrian berbarengan dgn brand lain yaitu fendi, chanel dll, nnti diinfokan biayanya.... what??? klo ada biaya, dan gw hrs nunggu 3 bln, ngapain gw lewat butik valentino, gw perbaiki aja sendiri... udh gitu songong yg namanya Ima... heyy orang yg beli branded itu pastinya orang yg mengerti service excellent, jdi ngasih keterangan jgn asal2 an... gw bisa posting di sosmed sepatu gw yg rusak, lem nya yg lepas... dan sy masih simpan kwitansi dan barcode
