★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming for 20,000 km services, open at 7 AM, have to queue for 20 minutes, very friendly and helpful customer desk, car is repaired and ready by 10.30. Took a while since it is Saturday, the line for car wash is longer than weekdays. Happy and satisfied, recommended place for maintennce of your TOYOTA car ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 1 Toyota agent was handling all customers at the reception, whereas there are 9 reception desks available. Other reception agents in back office or walking around, chit chatting. Only 4 clients in queue but I had to wait almost 1 hour at reception. Also a bit pricy 1.8 M just for oil & filter change on Innova.
