★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at Jalan Kebayoran Lama Raya, Jakarta Selatan. They have a discount if you book in advance and come on time. Snack and drinks (coffee, tea and mineral water) provided. TV and power outlet is available, convenient waiting room, clean toilet, wifi. You will be called if your car is ready. Nice service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They keep improving their service level every time I visit to have car services. Please ensure you book 2 days in advance and come on-time, in order to be more prioritised. They provide complimentary toasts during breakfast hour (until 08.30 Jakarta local time), snack plus coffee and tea all the time during business hours, and limited lunch box during lunch hour (until 13.00 Jakarta local time). You can connect to the Internet since they provide free-of-charge WiFi. You may opt to wait in the customer lounge or to go somewhere else. Later on they will call you once your vehicle is ready to be taken. In their Air-Con customer lounge you can watch TV while while waiting for your car ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and thorough service. Clean toilets. Food, snacks, drinks are well-stocked! I always munch on something while waiting for my turn. My wait took 30mins this time with an advance booking. Previously, my wait took 65mins as a walk-in customer.
