★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad services with no follow ups, no sincere gestures, nor responsibility from the former agent assigned to deal with my car. It was very difficult to contact the agent, no initiatives nor proactive measures to contact customer or the insurance company for the follow ups, and they lost my car key! Yet they didn't bother to have the initiative (again) to follow up for the new key unless we contacted them first (which, like what i said, was not easy).
When they finally said the new key was ready, they asked me to go to the shop to resetting the key system, but (yes, another dissapointment) they didn't even prepare for the system set up at the first place. When the assistant came -after i waited for more than 6 hrs-, he said they were still couldn't find the right system for the key remote controle (to lock/unlock and the alarm). I really don't have any patience left to go here again.
Better to reset their customer service and their employees work ethics instead, so i thought.
Hats off for Pak Indra who was patient enough to hear all my complaints about the shop, the previous agent, and managed to put his efforts to amend the problems, and still delivered smile on his face and had the courtesy to apologize on behalf the company. Hopefully the rest of the management and his colleagues can fix their so called 'customer oriented' services..
