Tempat luas,strategis,,ada beberapa counter ATM sehingga tidak terlalu lama untuk menunggu antrean?

Gedung besar.. mudah dikenali karena gedungnya serba putih. Kalau mau datang. Pagi saja.. karena sering full antrian. CS yg layanin cuma 2 orang. Tapi untuk tellernya cukup banyak. Jadi bisa cepet antriannya.. kedepannya untuk cs mungkin bisa ditambah lagi
Large building .. easily recognizable because the building is completely white. If you want to come. Just in the morning ... because it is often full queue. CS who serve only 2 people. But for the tellers quite a lot. So you can queue fast .. in the future for cs, maybe you can add more

Tadi datang kesini untuk buka rekening. Satpam memberitahukan bahwa karena saya mahasiswa dan berasal dari luar Jogja, saya harus mempersiapkan KTP Pribadi, KTM, dan fotokopi KTP Orangtua (yang sudah saya siapkan). Setelah mengantri selama kurang lebih 1 jam, saya diperbolehkan ke customer service dan baru diberi tahu bahwa saya juga harus membawa surat keterangan domisili yang harus sampai tingkat kecamatan. Tolong lain kali disinkronkan antara penjelasan di security dan di customer service, waktu mengantri 1 jam tadi bisa saya gunakan untuk melakukan hal lain :)
I came here to open an account. The security guard informed me that because I was a student and came from outside Jogja, I had to prepare a Personal KTP, KTM, and a photocopy of my Parent ID (which I had prepared). After waiting in line for about 1 hour, I was allowed to go to customer service and was told that I also had to bring a certificate of domicile that had to reach the sub-district level. Please synchronize between the explanations in security and customer service next time, I can use the queue for 1 hour earlier to do something else :)

Ini adalah bank dengan pelayanan customer service terburuk yang pernah saya tau. Kakak saya mau membuka rekening baru di sini, ktp jogja. Karena nomor ktp nya ada yg kurang jelas pihak cs menyuruh kami untuk mengganti ktp ke kelurahan. Padahal kami juga membawa data KK & SIM A & SIM C yang sesuai dengan nama calon nasabah. Hanya karena nomor ktp ada yang kurang jelas saja tidak bisa. Dan lagi cs yg bertugas pelayanannya SANGAT BURUK. INI CS atau apa? SANGAT KETUS, JUTEK, & tata bahasanya MERENDAHKAN orang sekali. Mohon di didik cs cs begini, diajarin sopan santun, berkomunikasi yg baik, menghargai orang lain. :) Saya sangat menyayangkan & kecewa bank sebesar ini terdapat oknum cs yg sangat tidak kompeten.
This is the bank with the worst customer service I have ever known. My sister wants to open a new account here, ID card Jogja. Because the ID card number was unclear, CS asked us to change the ID card to the urban village. Even though we also carry data on KK & SIM A & SIM C in accordance with the name of the prospective customer. Just because the ID card number is unclear it can't. And again the CS who is in charge of his service is VERY BAD. THIS CS or what? VERY BLESSED, JUCKY, & the grammar is a person offensive. Please educate cs and cs like this, teach them manners, communicate well, respect others. :) I am very sorry & disappointed that a bank of this size has cs individuals who are very incompetent.
