Today I went in to ask the security guard well for my ATM collection, but with TIGHT and BREAKFAST the security guard answered my question ... there is no very polite to the customer ... what's the model service ?? why is the model security guard still in the poultry at the CIMB Niaga class bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pada tgl 25 Januari 2016 antara jam 11.30 sampai jam 12.15 wib , saya kehilangan Helm di tempat parkir , dan pada waktu itu saya sudah melapor ke petugas Satpam ( Dicatat Nmr HP saya ).
Apakah saya bisa meminta rekamam CCTV nya , kalau bisa mohon dikirim melalui Email.

On January 25, 2016, between 11:30 and 12:15 West Indonesia Time, I lost my helmet in the parking lot, and at that time I reported it to the security guard (my mobile phone number was recorded).
Can I request the CCTV record, if possible, please send it via Email.
