poor service dr cust service..wrong to enter update no hp..when I forgot my password it couldn't .. and to update my cellphone number I had to go to another branch and couldn't via call center..really really disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my worst experience in bank services ever. My queue was being interupted the security and teller KNOW it, they saw me enter first but ignore the fact that my turn is being interrupted. Also it was raining outside, very heavy and the security didn't even bother to ask me how i am going to take my raincoat, but when theres a female cust., he willingly to take her to the car with the umbrella that he's also not informed me that i can use that to take my raincoat. This is really profiling and i am very offended. probably gonna be my last time there. It was so hurtful to be treated and profiling like that. Strongly not recommended.
