★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good environment and better materials available, at a premium. however, we waited quite awhile even without queue, apparently because "there's an error" and upon handover, cutting and tidying is subpar. is it because sunday? i arrived at1930 and i am ready to go elsewhere if they said they cannot print it by that night. it's just two books, 41 page. no hardcover or special treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great selection of paper, probably the only thing good about them. service is really bad. have experienced terrible service quite few times, both in-store and online. don't know wether the problem is the admin or the operators, or both. please treat customers as you should and check customer's requests thoroughly so mistakes won't be made over and over again.
