Saya tanya baik-baik masalah promo dia jawab dengan nada keeas dan emosi terus jawabnya itu nggak enak di dengar.
Saya customer loh, baru kali ini saya tanya baik-baik ke kasir tapi jawabnya nyolot dan nggak enak di dengar .
Tolong di traning lagi untuk pelayanannya, bisa kapok dan bisa pada kabur customer kalau kasir seperti itu.
Khususnya yang bernama RANI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy belanja via gomart barang yg dikirim tdk sesuai pesanan, beli baygon elektrik + alat, yg dikirim refill aja, telponnya tdk berfungsi, dialihkan ke voice recorder. Tolong telponnya diaktifkan saja supaya kalau ada kekeliruan seperti ini bisa cpt ditindak lanjuti. Ini kedua kalinya sy belanja online salah kirim disini. Ketelitiannya saat packing jg diperhatikan ya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ belanja hanya 9.200 uang 100.000 ko di kembalikan 80rb dan baru sadar saat di ojek online, kasir pagi ini perempuan i dont know siapa nama nya BAD ATTITUDE , mencet reptop kaya mencet mesin ketik, mood oranh kerja pagi memang berantakan, but be a profesional mba, first and last i shop in here, beda 100% dengan pelayanan alfamart or alfimidi di lokasi lain. Kalau ada rating -0 saya pilih.
