aneh. nyoba telfon ke nomer tlf yg tertera di web selalu sibuk, gak pernah enggak. gimana sih ini sistem pelayanannya? udah banyak yg komplain tolong dong di benahi.
strange. Try calling to the phone number that is listed on the web is always busy, never ever. how the hell is this service system? I have complained a lot, please fix it.

saya tidak rekomended dengan pelayanannya sy kira cuma saya yg kecewa trnyata bnyak jg pasien yg kecewa mlai dr kasir yg judes2 sprtinya kurang terlatih dngn penggunaan asuransi bs2 berjam2 transaksi cuma u mnanyakan asuransi jenis ini itu sperti ap?, u input ke komputer hrs mngambil no antrian k kasir yg jls2 kasirnya kosong bgtu jg diapotik hrs mngambil no antrian yg mnrut sy kurang efisien Dan memakan wktu lm ditmbah pngambilan obat smp 2 jam lbh petugasnya mlh kbnyakaan ngobrol didlm sngat aneh baru kali sy melihat petugasnya kurang gesit yg ad cm kluar msk ketawa2 Trus manggil nm pasien petugas apoteknya sperti main2 kerjanya mreka ga liat gimna lmnya kita tungguin obat bt kita minum, hrs RS sbesar ini lbh mningkatkan pelayanannya terutama kesopanan para pegawai yg sy liat judes2(terutama kasir Dan bagian apotek)jngn smp merusak pelayanan Rs Sari asih yg lainnya yg pelayanannya sngat baik,skali lg sy kurang22 rekomended u pelayanan RS Sari asih ciledug

Many disgruntled patients from cashiers who are bribed, such as lack of training with the use of insurance, can take many hours of transactions. Just ask, what kind of insurance is this? What do you input into the computer? If the cashier is empty the cash register is also diapotik so I have to take the queue number which is less efficient and take time when I take it to take medicine for 2 hours and the officers are using it. call the patient of the pharmacy officer like they play, they don't see the game, we wait for the medicine when we take it, this hospital has to improve its service, especially the politeness of the employees who are very bitter (especially the cashier and the pharmacy) so that they don't damage the service of Rs Sari Asih others who have very good services, I was less than 22 recommended for Sari Asih Hospital Ciledug

Untuk semuanya bagus terkecuali apotik ,saya antrian apotik nomer 134 dan disebelah saya 127, saya menunggu 2 jam lebih untuk antrian dari 127 ke 134. Tolong orang2 apotiknya keja supaya serius jangan pada ngobrol saja.
For everything good except the pharmacy, I queue the number 134 pharmacy and next to me 127, I waited 2 hours more for the queue from 127 to 134. Please help the pharmacies to get serious so don't just talk.

rs. asih ini ga pny web ya? sy mau komplen masalah security dsni, krn security yg bertugas di ruang anak lantai 2, khususnya d ruang 201-205, apa tidak bisa menegur keluarga pasien dengan ramah dan halus. security'a apa ga pernah dpt pelatihan bagaimana tatacara peneguran yg baik n benar.. setiap menegur slali dngan nada kurang enak didengar.. tolong ini di baca dengan baik apabila ada security rs.asih ato pihak manajemen yg membaca tlg d tanggapi.. trimakasih

Musti banyak sabar di layanan farmasi, karena lambat dan asal. antrian nomor rak berlaku. Sayantri 16.30 baru dikasih obat pukul 19.00..Luar biasa

Jangan harap telfon anda diangkat dibawah 3/4 menit. Selalu susah dihubungi.kadang terpaksa jalan ke sari asih tanpa booking via telfon. Membuat antri jadi super lama. Pihak Sari Asih seharusnya memperbaiki sistem nya.. Tapi untuk pelayanan rawat inap sudah baik. Suster nya sudah baik dan ramah sekarang.. Berbeda dgn dulu.. Good job
Don't expect your phone to be picked up in under 3/4 minutes. Always hard to contact. Sometimes forced to go to Sari Asih without booking via telephone. Making the queue super long. Sari Asih's party should have improved the system ... But for inpatient services it was good. The nurse is kind and friendly now ... Different from before ... Good job
