★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sesuai komentar yg ada dan bnyk keluhan, saya jg pernah mengalami kekecewaan di klinik ini...
Perawatnya kurang ramah, entah lg pada banyak utang atau lg datang bulan...
Pernah kejadian ambil obat buat mertua dan ibu saya secara bebarengan..
Ternyata sampai rumah salah obatnya, obat jantung pny mertua ditulis nama ibu saya dan sebaliknya. Untung mereka hapal obatnya, langsung saya komplain dgn balik lg kesana.
Semoga ini semua komentar yg ada dibaca oleh pihak direksi ataupun manajemen terkait.

The nurse is not friendly, either I'm in a lot of debt or I'm on my period...
There has been an incident taking medicine for my mother-in-law and at the same time..
It turned out that when I got home the medicine was wrong, my mother-in-law's name was written on the heart medicine and vice versa. Luckily they knew the medicine by heart, I immediately complained and went back there again.
Hopefully all of the comments that have been read by the board of directors or related management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lama banget nunggunya asli. Dikasihtau sama suster di front desk polinya buka jam 4 sore, pas sampe klinik jam 4 ternyata polinya belom buka. Nunggu sampe jam 5 belom buka juga. Kasihan istri saya hamil kepala pusing juga. Payah dah kliniknya ampunnn ampunnn ?

I was told by the nurse at the front desk that the clinic was open at 4 pm, when I arrived at the clinic at 4 pm it turned out that the poly was not open yet. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan untuk perawat dan pendaftaran didepan kurang ramah dan judess.. apa karna untuk peserta bpjs yaa padahal kan kami BPJS pun bayar bukan gratiss.. atau memang pelayanan dr kliniknya harus seperti itu yaa?
Kalo untuk dokter nya sih oke
Cuma saran aja jangan membeda2kan pasien BPJS atau tidak nya sebaiknya melayani dg sepenuh hati dan perawat tidak pernah senyum
The service for nurses and registration at the front is not friendly and rude.. is it because for BPJS participants, even though we pay BPJS, not free.. Or does the clinic's service have to be like that, huh?
As for the doctor, it's okay
Just a suggestion, don't discriminate between BPJS patients or not, you should serve wholeheartedly and nurses never smile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah selalu dapet pelayanan yg baik, dokternya baik, bagus, ramah dan teliti, kakak kakak di front desk juga ramah, hanya saja tempat kurang besar dan antriannya panjang ?
Thank God I always get good service, the doctor is good, nice, friendly and thorough, the brothers at the front desk are also friendly, it's just that the place is not big and the queue is long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya trlp klunik dibilangnya tutup pendaftaran jam 20.00 dan saya datang jam 19.40 ditolak dengan alasan antrian masih panjang sedangkan saya lihat di dalam hanya ada 3 antrian pasien. Apa begini cara klinik memperlakukan pasien bpjs ?
I called the clinic and they said that registration closes at 20.00 and I came at 19.40 and was rejected on the grounds that the queue was still long while I saw that there were only 3 queues of patients inside. Is this how the clinic treats BPJS patients?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu mau ke dokter gigi harus janjian. Blm lama mau janjian katanya dateng langsung aja. Udah dateng langsung dokternya ga ada disuruh wa aja. Udah wa balesnya luamaaaaaa bangettt. Woeiiii gue kerja woeii kudu ngajuin cuti dulu ga sembarangan bisa dateng gueeeee. BPJS GUE KELAS 1 bayarnya ga murah dan dipotong tiap gajian!!! Pelayanan nya buruk bgt. Kalo diliat2 juga klinik nya kaga rame2 amatttt!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Br dateng, gak ada yg basa basi tanya mau berobat apa. Setelah itu, para suster² ini pd ngegosip dan dengerin lagu yg mana kayaknya gak pantes juga. Kalo sudah jam kerja ya profesional kalo mau ngegosip atau mau ngobrol² gak penting ya setelah jam kerja atau saat tidak ada pasien biar gak terlalu ganggu.
Awalnya udh berat mau ke sini karna ngeliat review-nya buruk baik dr suster² maupun dokter, tp coba lah karna blm pernah, barangkali gak begitu. Dan ternyata bener!! Ulasan dr orang² itu bener!!
Ruang tunggu pun di luar di samping klinik yg mana itu merupakan area parkir mobil rs sari asih. Tau kan tempat parkir gmn? Sekalipun ditempat terbuka, tp tetep gak pantes rasanya kalo ruang tunggu di luar dan jd 1 sm tempat parkir mobil rs apalagi ini merupakan klinik dr rs ternama, walaupun nama rsnya jg gak bagus² banget.
Cukup sekali kesini dan gak bakal dateng² lagi deh, kapok!!
Br came, no one asked what kind of treatment they wanted. After that, the sisters gossiped and listened to songs which seemed inappropriate. If it's working hours, it's professional if you want to gossip or want to chat, it's not important after working hours or when there are no patients so you don't bother too much.
At first it was hard to want to come here because I saw the bad reviews from the nurses and doctors, but give it a try because I've never been there, maybe not. And it turned out to be true!! The reviews from people are true!!
The waiting room is also outside beside the clinic which is the car park area for RS Sari Asih. Do you know where to park? Even if it's in an open place, it doesn't feel right if the waiting room is outside and becomes a 1 sm car park for the hospital, especially since this is a clinic from a well-known hospital, even though the name of the hospital isn't very good either.
Just come here once and you won't come again, give up!!
