CONs: slow, pricey, charges customers for misprint from employee's miscommunication, doesn't offer paper catalogue unless we ask first (they use expensive paper by default)
I'd recommend the other printing place nearby, they have much better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Printing prices are a little higher but not much if you print in lower quantities. However, print quality is still the best compared to its competitor around Serpong area. Service are quick and staffs are professional. Plenty of parking space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not my first time printing here but extremely disappointed with this particular experience. Waited tor 40 minutes just to see the sample they say they will do. When we asked, the worker said that the operator is taking a break (they didnt info this to us at all). So we left to do errands, expecting them to finish the sample by the time we come back. Turns out 1 hour later, they haven’t do it because they require payment for the sample, which we are glad to pay but they didn’t info us at all. It was 12 in the night and they are closing and we have to left without any sample. Extremely poor customer service is what it is.
