★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had a stupid and confusing flowing business, customer should go upstairs to print and back to the first floor waiting for the results. And here is the part I call stupid flowing, the staff they don't know the type of file to print.. I should wait around 15 minutes to only print 10 pcs paper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Instaprint service since about 3 years ago back in Gading Serpong. They had a decent service and quality (relative to each person). It has been a trustable partner for business. But I had to move my office 3 months ago and had to use Instaprint HO Serpong since its closer.
Instaprint Serpong has a very bad services. There is no standard of what they are doing (Regarding the services).
Rest assured my company will not be using any kind of services from this printing place.
Teramat sayang sekali harus kehilangan kepercayaan karena hal yang sangat sepele. ?

They did so many mistakes with their trial, and they also did so many mistake on the finishing full quantity printing.
I was so curious how they have done with other printings? I bet all of their costumer printing in thr wronf one.
I suggested you to doublr checking again before leaving from their place
I have lost my patient.
If i could give them -1, i woulf love to give the rating -1 for them. Instaprint is not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been so many time printed my job there but my experience are not that good. and almost lost my patience. thats all bcs slow response cs, the op and cs oftentimes did a miscommunication and make the process even longer. also last time i printed my job they did several mistakes from the file and brief I've told them so many times. and also their indigo machine last time has a maintenance and caused the print quality is not good. hope they will improve their jobs
