★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lame service, super slow, inefficient system. they require all the docs to be converted to pdf which of course adding a lot of processing time. 7 simple pages docs take 1.5 hours. just go to snapy, 500meters from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only best thing about this place is that it opens 24 hours in a very strategic location. Other than that? Tons of alternatives. Expensive prices. Lame & slow customer service. Standard quality. I used to love this place 5 years ago with their superb services, but now almost all the staffs are new and inexperienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is okay-ish (although primagraphia at Senen beat them by miles, price wise), but the after service and waiting time is horrendous. If you only have hours before deadline, forget this place.
If you have to print something right when graphic design students had an exam week, good luck waiting from 1am to 7am. Oh, if you didn't ask about your printing progress constantly, they will forget it until you realize it should be done an hour ago.
The really upside of this place is 24 hours open.

Their bad service can't balance the quality of the printing (which is for me just ok). The staff keep on making unreasonable reasons why it took so long for them to print and finish everything. Definitely won't go back here unless they're the only one left in entire Jakarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry to read so many bad reviews. But for me, this printing place is always been my number one choice since i started my study as a graphic design student about 10 years ago.
Iya dulu mereka memang sempat lama dan reckless masalah hasil print, order, dan setting. Bahkan saya pernah nginep sana, tidur di benchnya demi nungguin TA. But they get my things done, with cheap prices.
And now they're getting better. Interior direnov, bersih, toilet bersih, setternya pintar, proof print kilat, bisa taking order via email, payment transfer, bisa ambil hasil print via GoSend, dll.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cheap price but no great quality, bad service, I printed a book and it's inner pages are surpass the cover page. And couple months ago also printed an Art carton file with doff finishing, but they did not apply the doff lamination. When i ask for a refund they proceed it in a long time.
