The owner is friendly, I keep buying Dramamine here & what's even better on the google web store gives a direct message so I can ask duku about the availability of the product so it doesn't come in vain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 menit saya berdiri, lalu ada 2 orang yang memotong antrian saya tanpa bertanya apakah ini antrian atau tidak, tapi ndilalahnya langsung dilayani oleh staff apotik.
I stood for 15 minutes, then there were 2 people who cut my queue without asking if this was a queue or not, but it was immediately served by the pharmacy staff.

Service is slow. I have ordered 2 empty medicines instead of confirming / canceling it instead just ignoring it. The end is the Ojol driver who cancels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penjualnya ngasih harga ga konsisten. Beli obat yg sama 3 kali, 3-3nya dengan harga yg berbeda. Tantenya juga ga sopan, ngelayanin sambil nonton TV. Seru banget tante nontonnya sampai ga bisa ngeliat muka saya? Gak ada sopan santun.
The seller gave inconsistent prices. Buy the same drug 3 times, 3-3 at different prices. The aunt is also not polite, watching while watching TV. Auntie so exciting watching it that you can't see my face? No manners.
