Flourishing pharmacy that is always has customers lining up. Constantly adding more services like more parking space, and a glass wall for the air conditioner. They provide seat for customers while waiting for their medicine. The availability of the products are also good and they have a good stock of the things they sell and the price is also normal.
Some things to take note are the speed of the service and customer service. The way people order their items are by waiting on the desk with no line whatsoever so unless you call the staff yourself, the staff rarely asks if you have been served or not.
The overall service seems arbitrary so there are times when they serve/work fast, but there are also time where they seem sluggish and slow (probably due to different workers at different times). Sometimes you have to wait for a very long time to make a very small purchase since they're only +- 2 staffs working at the same time to serve you, while others are on the cashier or in the back.
Another problem is that they close on sundays. It doesn't make sense for a pharmacy that choose to close on any day as there would still be people that needs medicine, especially if their condition has dropped significantly, they would need to find another (possibly further) pharmacy. And since they close on Sunday, which is the weekend, there would be more people needing medicines, so there are more customers. If they decide to close it, there would be losses on potential customers on that day.
Overall good pharmacy that's always in good business. May hope for them to continue improving and fix these issues.
