★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quite a big bicycle store, but during this pandemic situation, the condition of the store isn't 100% in terms of product display. But i have to give 4 thumbs up for the service shown by the employee there.
Actually today we buy 2 bike there and put kn 1 bike for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was traveling around and decided to get a bicycle for myself so I checked this place out. They had a wide assortment of bicycle accessories for me to choose from, such as many different colored/shapes of helmets to favor my interest. The customer service was great too since I had the employee, Mella, as a guide to my entourage of the store. She also helped found a pair of gloves cause I wanted to have a better grip on the handles. There's much more other stuff like clothes and all. Thanks to this place I’m fully decked out on bicycle gear for a cheap price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One stop shopping for bike enthusiasts looking for Polygon, Marin and Tern. Also a wide variety of spare parts and accessories such as bike helmet, jersey, gloves, shoes, etc. Big store, massive parking space, the price also reasonable. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The store Consist of all role bike , all level bike , all range price bike, from the lowest level of kids bike up to downhill world cup winning bike Collosus DH9 team signature. We can also try its product wether you will buy or not. Very warm welcome store crew, helpful and they also answer every single question i had. Went there yesterday when i seek my prospective bike, Siskiu N series. Recommended for everyone who seek for bycicle, especially Polygon brand

But overall, the service actually can be improved better.
Not special in store experience & atmosphere. The layout inside is standard.
Grooming of the staffs is ok.
Parking area is ok.
Location is ok
Payment : cash & credit.
