★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tgl 9 Nov 2021 sy k aptk itu, bayar obat unt 20 tablet, yg d trima hanya 12, 1 pack msh tersegel, q pack isi hanya 2 (maaf saat sy foto sdh sy konsumsi obatnya krn mmg sy memerlukan) pelayanan buruk, tdk tanggung jwb dan tdk amanah, dtgnk sana complen tdk d trima alasan tdk jual satuan dan tdk cek d awal, d tlp pun sama malah dltlp d biarkan menggantung, tidak ad respon, buruuuk sekali pelayanannya, kary betul2 tdk ada manner ????Saat sy hub lagi dgn enteng dia blg lg ada pelanggan,sampai hari ini tdk.tersolusikan jg. Perhatian unt owner,tlg d cek kary saat ad keluhan pelanggan,tdk berkah krn mengurangi qty yg seharusnya, terlebih pelayanannya kepada pelanggan, bagaimana hrs bersikap dan tg jwb jika ad keluhan dr pelanggan.sangat d sayangkan kalo akhirnya pelanggan satu persatu hilang.
On November 9, 2021, I got to the aptk, I paid for the medicine for 20 tablets, only 12 received, 1 pack is still sealed, Q pack contains only 2 (sorry when I took the photo I took the medicine because I really need it) bad service, not responsible answer and untrustworthy, with complen there is no excuse for not selling units and not checking at the beginning, even on the same phone, even if it is left hanging, no response, very bad service, there really is no manner contact again lightly, he said there was another customer, until today it was not resolved too. Attention to the owner, please check your work when there is a customer complaint, it's not a blessing because it reduces the qty that should be, especially the service to customers, how to behave and answer if there are complaints from customers. It's really a pity if finally the customers disappear one by one.
