★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good place and fancy, but the capster have yellow hair unpleased because i want cut hair undercut and my hair bangs to short. but capster ignore my request, and he said undercut style must long hair bangs. im very disappointed with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no complain on the hair cut. but how they wasted customer's time is the main issue they need to improve. went there and 3 staffs ready but cashier told there is 1 person in waiting list. just realised that only 1 staff doing hair cut at once. why didnt they work at same time, so customer can be served faster? cannot understand the concept.
there was one staff just sitting, playing his phone, surely not nice to customers.
after the haircut, i was asked to wait for cashier who was eating tho it was 2pm alr. I had no complain with a staff having lunch, but there were other 3 staffs there and no one able to receive payment!! and rather asked me to sit and wait for maybe 5-10 mins. The guy who played phone not treated customer nicely by keep asking just sit and wait. the cashier is eating so you need to wait.
honestly, not all customers have all his/her time to wait and wait. in total i spent 1.5hr just to wait, get haircut, and wait again. I told the staff, I got meeting in 5 mins, please anyone receive payment. but he insisted that I need to wait for the cashier.
truly too much time wasted here.
