★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mau transfer dari rek tabungan wadiah ke rek tabungan mabrur , saya dtg jam 2 siang , ketikasaya mau masuk dan bertanya kpd security , malah sperti dicuekin dan malas menjawab pertanyaan saya bahkan sec trsbut bilng hrus yg punya tbungan smbil menyentuh bahu saya(mengusir keluar) sy bilang sy anak yg punya rek , sec trsb malah bilang suaminya juga ga boleh ttp hrus yg punya rekening yg datang, sambil membalik papan buka mnjadi tutup.Masalahnya saya itu cuma mau trf bukan mau nutup/buka rek hey security yg arogan!! Saya akhirnya keluar dengan hati kesal dan sy diam sejenak diparkiran krna masih bingung dngn pelayanan bsm sektor 1 bintaro itu. Jelang 1 mnit sec itu keluar utk berbicara kpd orang yg duduk didepn bnk , dymlihat sy masih ada dstu dan bilng ke sy "ga bisa , harus yg punya tabungan" Sambil tolak pinggang dgn wajah arogan. Kmudian sy tanya besok tutup jam brp? Jam 2 y? " Sec itu mnjwb ia jam 2 tutup.
*jelas dari kjadian ini saya sebagai anak dari nasabah sangat kecewaa dan prihatin dengan pelayanan bank syariah mandiri sektor 1 bintaro*

The problem was that I just wanted trf not to close / open the account Hey arrogant security !! I finally came out annoyed and I paused for a moment in the parking lot because I was still confused about the bsm sector 1 Bintaro service. Approximately 1 minute sec I came out to talk to people who sat in front of the bnk, it was seen that I was still there and asked me "I can't, I have to have a savings" While refusing the waist with an arrogant face. Then I asked if it was closed tomorrow at brp? 2 o'clock y? "Sec said it closed at 2 o'clock.
* It is clear from this incident that I as a child of a customer is very disappointed and concerned about the services of the Mandiri Syariah Bank Sector 1 Bintaro *

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi sangat strategis dan terlihat dari jalan raya ketika anda berkendara. Lahan parkir yang juga minim. Staffnya disini oun ramah ramah. Banknya pun cukup kecil saya rasa
Untuk pelayanan cukup lama, mungkin karna terbatasnya teller dan pegawai. Saya membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih 45 menit untuk pembukaan rekening baru disini. Disini pun tersedia atm mandiri syariah dengan pecahan 50ribuan
The location is very strategic and visible from the highway when you drive. Parking space is also minimal. The staff here are friendly. The bank is quite small, I think
For quite a long service, maybe because of the limited tellers and employees. I need approximately 45 minutes to open a new account here. Here is also available sharia independent atm with 50 thousand denominations
