★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belom tau kapan berdirinya, tapi jadi sering kesini sejak ada BPJS..haha
Saya datang kesini jam 11 langsung ditangani ( terkadang) dan diberi nomer antrian.. nunggu kurang lebih 25 menit dan selesai..
Harapan kalo saja tempat nunggunya jadi sofa yang empuk waktu nunggu mungkin jadi tidak kerasa.. yakali.. ??
Tapi udah maksimal saya lihat pelayanannya..
 I don't know when it was founded, but I come here often since there was BPJS..haha
I came here at 11 am immediately handled (sometimes) and given a queue number .. waited for about 25 minutes and finished ..
Hope if the waiting place becomes a soft sofa while waiting, it might not feel like ... sure ... ??
But I have seen the maximum service ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong dong diperbanyak jumlah obatnya saya dr rsj matraman udah dikasih obat cuma buat seminggu udah sampe apotek bpjs ny bilang bermasalah trs n obatnya juga kalo sampe sana dikasih buat full obat jantung nya yg paling penting kagak ada disuruh balik lagi memang orang gak perlu ongkos dan waktu kalian jangan menyusahkan orang dan mempersulit orang sudah sakit malah dipersulit seperti itu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diresep dari rs herminanya ada berapa macam obat tp pas sampe sini 1 obat suruh beli diluar karena alasanya ga dicover bpjs yaitu obat doner (obat buat penyakit jantung) padahal justru obat itu yang penting dan paling mahal
Prescribed from the RS, how many kinds of drugs do there when there is 1 drug that is ordered to buy outside because the reason is not covered by BPJS, which is doner medicine (medicine for heart disease), even though it is the most important and most expensive drug.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obat tidak lengkap. Kok dipilih jadi rekanan BPJS? Ada 3 yg tidak ada. Yg satu diganti, dan disuruh tambah bayar 2 rb. Tidak berarti dr segi jumlah, tapi kurang profesional kan... Kalau banyak menerima resep dr RS xxx, sesuaikan persediaan obat dengan RS itu.
Tambahan: Perlu 4 jam untuk ambil obat!! My God! Lalu ada 1 yang tidak ada. Disuruh kembali 3 hari lagi. :(
The medicine is incomplete. How come I was chosen to be a BPJS partner? There are 3 that don't exist. One is replaced, and told to add 2 rb. Does not mean in terms of number, but it is less professional ... If you receive a lot of prescriptions from RS xxx, adjust the drug supply with that hospital.
Addition: It takes 4 hours to take medicine !! My god! Then there is 1 that doesn't exist. Sent back 3 days. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkir luas, pelayanan cepat, fast respons saat ditelepon. Melayani pengambilan obat untuk Program Rujuk Balik/PRB (jangan lupa siapkan fotokopi kartu BPJS, resep, dan kartu PRB masing-masing 2 lembar ya. Bawa juga resep asli dari faskes tingkat I dan kartu PRB aslinya)
Large parking area, fast service, fast response when called. Serving drug taking for the Referral / DRR Program (don't forget to prepare 2 copies of BPJS cards, prescriptions, and PRB cards each. Bring the original recipe from the level I health facility and the original PRB card)
