★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apotik berkat cabang gading serpong.. banyak cabang nya di daerah lain.. apotiknya lumayan besar dan cukup komplit obat2 nya, serta menjual alat2 kesehatan.. pelayanannya cukup ramah, hanya saya agak lama (kurang cepat dalam pelayannya..) harganya bersaing dengan apotik lainnya..
 The pharmacy is thanks to the Gading Serpong branch.. there are many branches in other areas.. the pharmacy is quite large and quite complete with medicines, and sells medical equipment.. the service is quite friendly, only I take a while (not fast enough in serving..) the price is competitive with pharmacies other..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my favorite pharmacy store, but recent experience shows the opposite.
Now price for my reguler medication are higher than other's nearby. I still can accept this.
The worst is their service. There is no customer service mentality anymore.
I had an issue with their sales assistant, the sales assistant insist defending herself and blaming customer rather than apologize, fixing and giving solution.
Maybe losing one customer means nothing for them as they have so many customer in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this Apotik Berkat is the biggest drugstore at Gading Serpong area, due many various over the counter and prescription drugs. Have many staf to serve customer, and preparing waiting chair, means this drugstore have quite big customers and their price are competitive.
Another service they must provide is delivery service, so we could give doctor's prescription and they could send the medicine to our home, since sometimes need time to produce the medicine.
