Hari ini 22 Juli 2018, saya adalah tamu yang akan melakukan psikotest di klinik berlabel "Keluarga Sehat" ini. Nama lainnya Experiencing Life Foundation. Saya dalam kondisi sakit diare datang, saya pertama kali datang dan tak tahu ruangan2 di di klinik tsb tapi seorang laki laki tak terlalu tua, masih muda mengatakan perkataan kasar yang tidak pantas diucapkan pada wanita dengan mengatakan "mbaknya mau kemana?" Saya jawab "ruang psikotest" dia nyolot "dibilang lurus mentok, malah naik. Bego amat sih jadi orang". Layak tidak karyawan klinik tsb mengatakan hal seperti itu pada saya? Saya diam tak berkata sepatah kata pun. Saya sama sekali tak tahu soal klinik tsb wajar saya salah naik ke lantai 2. Toh kalaupun memang kita salah naik apa susahnya kasih tau baik baik? Belajar sopan santun apa nggak? memangnya pantas dia mengatakan hal seperti itu pada saya? Kasar, tak tahu etika dan sama sekali tidak mencerminkan simbol pelayanan publik. Sudah punya jet pribadi atau pesawat pribadi atau mobil sport merk ternama 100 biji bisa bersikap begitu pada wanita? Pendidikan apa yang mengajarkan anda bersikap seperti itu pada pelanggan?
Wanita lagi. Perkataannya sungguh tak sopan dan bisa dikategorikan sebagai VERBAL ABUSE. Seperti orang tak berpendidikan. Saya kecewa dan saya tidak sudi lagi berurusan apapun dengan klinik tersebut.

I answered "psychotic room" he stumbled "said to be straight stuck, instead it went up. So stupid to be a person". Is it appropriate that the clinic employee said such things to me? I was silent and did not say a word. I have absolutely no idea about the clinic, it's natural for me to go wrong on the 2nd floor. Even if we do get on the wrong way, what's the hard time telling me whether it's okay? Learn good manners or not? Is it appropriate for him to say something like that to me? Rude, do not know ethics and do not reflect a symbol of public service. Already have a private jet or private plane or a famous brand sports car 100 seeds can behave like that to women? What education taught you to behave like that to customers?
Woman again. His words were really rude and could be categorized as VERBAL ABUSE. Like an uneducated person. I was disappointed and I no longer wanted to have anything to do with the clinic.
