★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered soto padang and sate padang by Grabfood. 35k rupiah for soto padang with one perkedel, glass noodle and crackers without beef, it is damn expensive and does not make any sense.
Small pack of kerupuk kulit cost 8k rupiah. Will not ever order anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like sate (or satay) and you like one that serves meat, liver and intestines, this is one to go for. Sates are typically cooked similarly so the defining element is the marinate and sauce. Plus this is sate padang, which means it’s sate with Padang sauce and that means the important part is the sauce.
Food quality:
Very well marinated, choices of meat and great sauce. Note that this is all beef meat. Everything comes in well together. I only chose the intestines and meat portions. The intestines was chewy and tasty (personally speaking). The meat was firm but not unchewable. The cooking was done well and every bite you could taste the smoke and barbecued flavour. But the defining portion is the sauce. It’s spicy but not overwhelming. It gives a kick yet helps the meat retains its smoked flavour. Plus the texture of the sauce is thick, the way I like it. The ketupat (steamed sticky rice), although only a side, comes on its own. It’s sticky enough and goes well with the sauce. However to be fair, it’s not as fragrant as what I am used to and lack that little bit of “Wangi”.
Ambience:
None you can say is for photography or looking instagrammable but seriously this is a simple place just to buy your food and eat. But cos it’s open air coming in the evening is the best choice. Not warm and quite airy. Also it’s easily accessible.
Price:
A tad on the high side. By local standard I paid about 58,000 rp for 2 portions of sate and the ketupat. But the standard is good so I still find it worthwhile.
Service:
Just order and go. Don’t provide any don’t need any.
