★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place, in the best part of Jakarta, but the service was very bad, I had a wash maschine in my apartament but it was broken. I asked to the reception if they could solve it and they said should have had to call Samsung service or use the laundry express of the hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place and secure. Easy access to amenities good areas for food locally. Pools are good for a little break but don't expect any bars or food services, just a pool area really not designed for a day at the pool kinda of pool. Traffic can be crazy nearby but quiet on entrance to place all times, which was good.
