★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat sangat nyaman, aman dan fasilitas lengkap, cuma satu kekuranga, lumayan jauh dari mana-mana dan nggak ada jalur angkot, jadi yang buat yang nggak punya kendaraan pribadi siap-siap jalan atau merogoh kocek yang lumayan untuk ojek, dan buat yang Muslim siap-siap jauh dari masjid, adzan hampir tidak terdengar,.. tapi overall bagus lah untuk harga segitu,..
The place is very comfortable, safe and complete facilities, only one disadvantage, quite far from everywhere and there is no public transportation line, so for those who do not have a private vehicle ready to walk or spend a decent amount for ojek, and for Muslims are ready -prepared far from the mosque, the call to prayer is barely audible, .. but overall is good for that price, ..

Harga sewa lagi diskon jadi murah, tipe kamar ada 2 ukuran, 10 meter dan 12 meter, toliet di dalam, sudah ada kasur,lemari, dan wastafel di dalam kamar, sinyal hp bagus (in*osat), parkir cukup luas, deket sama tempat nongkrong yang enak,
Minus = jauh dari jalur angkutan umum, wajib bawa kendaraan kalo ga mau ongkos mahal,
Kamar lembab (karena lama kosong), kasur pas banget buat sendiri posisinya tinggi, kalo yang tidurnya biasa bolak balik pasti jatuh,
karena pandemi beberapa fasilitas di pangkas, kayak wifi, kebersihan gedung, ga ada kantin, jauh dari masjid, beli makan jauh, ga ada warung, jadi di kamar harus stok makanan
Over all ga sesuai sama ekspektasi ,
Plus = quiet, comfortable for resting
The rental price is discounted again so it is cheap, room types are 2 sizes, 10 meters and 12 meters, toliet is inside, there is already a mattress, cupboard and sink in the room, good cellphone signal (in * osat), parking is quite spacious, close to the same good hangout place,
Minus = far from public transportation routes, you must bring a vehicle if you don't want expensive costs,
The room is damp (because it has been empty for a long time), the mattress is really right for itself in a high position, if someone who sleeps usually goes back and forth, it will fall,
due to the pandemic, some facilities have been cut, like wifi, cleanliness of the building, no canteen, far from the mosque, buy food away, there are no stalls, so food stocks must be in the room
Over all does not match expectations,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya asli orang sini, dulu lahan ini tempat bermain bola dengan kawan, trek balapan sepeda, adu layangan. Sekarang di garap jadi aparkost, kost dengan ekspextasi luar biasa dimasa yg akan datang tapi sepertinya biasa aja.
I am originally from here, this land used to be a place to play football with friends, a bicycle race track, kite fighting. Now I'm working on being an aparkost, boarding house with extraordinary expectations in the future but it seems normal.
