★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Duta Berlian hotel on November 14-16 2018. The room price was quite affordable, but the room I stayed in was not comfortable. The air conditioner is not cold, there is no coat hanger in the bathroom, television broadcasts are not good, and there are lots of mosquitoes in the room. On the morning of November 15, I asked the room clerk to clean my room. But when I returned at noon, my room had not been cleaned so I had to wait in the lobby. Breakfast is available at 07.00 in the morning. In my opinion, it's too late because most people start activities at 7:00 a.m. On November 19, I asked the officer to send an invoice to me through the office address. I felt very difficult to ask because the hotel did not have facsimile facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing that makes us stay in this hotel is the location, it's near to the IPB. The standard rooms don't offer sandals, the AC is not cold at all, the TV channel is limited. There are a lot of hotel that cheaper than this hotel, but offer so much more, and more comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The building is not so modern but it's comfortable. The staff is quite nice, the food from the restaurant/pantry is good while the price quite affordable. But they need to pay more attention to cleanliness. The pool is great because it has some kind of an attached roof so come rain or extreme heat, you can still swim confortably. But the water needs more cleaning maintenance.
The bathroom was the are where they need to put more attention. They're quite clean but needs more hanging rack and in my room, you have to hold the shower head yourself because there was nowhere to hang itTon the wall..
If you are the kind of person who comes late to the breakfast, they seem to not refilling their breakfast menu selections.
But overall, with affordable prices, quite comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and tasty food, our stay here was good...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor hotel service. I had a lunch here with my coworkers and clients. We ordered menus and the food came like almost 30 minutes. Why you guys are so slow? The EDC is could not be used as well. The reception was not responsive too. We asked for additional chairs RIGHT NOW, yet the staff said "We will deliver it to the room later". Not professional.
However, I appreciated the welcome drink even though the reception didn't care if the paper cup tray was empty already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect 5 star hotel experience because it's not a 5 star hotel. This is an old hotel but what I like about it is the new swimming pool built in the middle of the area. It's indoor so you don't have to worry about rain or sunlight that could burn your skin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend the ballroom to hold your special event, all the team are very helpful. Parking area is available for many guests. The hospitality is very good . I also booked a room here, and the room is comfortable. And the last but not least, the price is affordable. Thankyou Duta Berlian.
