★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to gather with friends. It’s very noisy when there’s live music in here and makes it very hard to call for the waiters. Foods are great! Love the taco and nachos. Generous portion of toppings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love love this place. Nice taco and nachos too. I dont remember all the names of the food, but all of them taste great. They serve the right Mexican food. Tried the frozen margaritha too and it's great. Price not cheap but worth it. Will come back again some other time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even know where to begin. Worst Marguerita I've ever had with maybe a drop of tequila in it. In a 6 ounce glass with ice, for $9 USD. They used to have great chili con queso but now it's some fake cheese sauce they add peppers to or something. Not real chili con queso. The guacamole isn't bad but has zero flavor. May as well just mash up avocados and call it guacamole. I ordered fish tacos:. Came with a little cabbage...plain old cabbage...a couple diced tomatoes. That's it. No Mexican cream sauce, no pico de gaillo and zero flavor. They served it with a little bowl of their "tangy sauce" that's a dark green weird sauce with no flavor as well, and certainly not appropriate for fish tacos. It was supposed to be served with refried beans and Mexican rice. They forgot the beans. The Mexican rice, again, plain, no flavor, serving size for a 3 year old and tasted like soap. Never again. Ridiculous. Edit: The manager took off the fish tacos from my bill which was nice of him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the third time I've gone. Everyone is very pleasant and the food is very good. They are set up for a band but I have yet to see them play. I think I come to early. The food is reasonably priced. The booze is high but that is here. Booze is expensive here in general. I will be back for a fourth time for sure. Considering we are far from US Tex-Mex, it's is a nice taste of home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Established since 1979, "Amigos" means friend in Spain, and the unique thing is "Amigos" in Indonesian language is the abbreviation from "Ajang Makan Minum dan Gosip" ?
Since it is a bar that serves alcoholic and non alcoholic drink, the place has low lighting with colorful decoration from the balloons, wallpaper, Christmas decoration. It feels like coming to a carnival ?
Here are what we tried :
Nachos with Spinach Dip
Nachos served with imported spinach dip mixed with cream cheese and mozzarella. It is one of my favorite. I love the combination of the spinach along with the cheese that is resulted in creamy dip.
Burrito Chicken
The skin is similar with kebab filled with chicken and served with rice and avocado sauce. Since it's in Indonesia, Mr. Ron as the owner of Amigos Bar & Cantina and also Papa Ron's Pizza told us that they add on rice for several menu here to suit in Indonesian taste.
Nachos Fiesta
The tpical nachos that is usually served in a cafe, theater cafe, and easy to find. The nachos suits for sharing, served with beef, mozzarella, bell pepper, avocado sauce, mayonnaise.
Quasadilla Chicken
Similar with sandwich and kebab skin, this quasadilla filled with chicken, mozzarella, served with avocado sauce and mayonnaise.
Taco Ground Beef
The skin is similar with nachos in bigger size, filled with beef and vegetables, served with rice, avocado sauce and mayonnaise.
Tenderloin Fajitas
Yeah, this one suits for a steak lovers! How to eat this menu? Firstly, fill the white bread (tortilla) with the beef, bell pepper, and onion that is served on a steak plate. Then, mix with the mayonnaise, avocado sauce, tomato sauce, and salsa sauce. Then, just wrap them and eat it!
Choco Lindt
Dessert time! The chocolate cake made from Lindt chocolate. It's a half baked cake. So soft, less sweet, and taste good! I love it!
Key Lime Pie
Since it is made from lime, the chef told us that this one suits for people in diet. Not all Foodie like this one. However, I like it. It's a little bit sour from the combination of lime, egg, butter in soft and thin texture.
Virgin Mojito
A non alcoholic drink (mocktail) served with fresh mojito and lime. It doesn't taste sour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their other outlet in Kemang, but I've always wanted to go to their outlet in Bellagio Mall in Kuningan area since it's way closer to where I live.
The place is on the ground floor across Jim's Sports Bar, looking humble and casual yet maintaining that mexican eatery with its festive bar vibe. The bar os situated on the left corner while the stage is on the right corner. I was visitting on a Sunday night, and there was live music. Apparently there's some kind of price increase within the performance hour on some items, ask the staff for more info, I read something like that somewhere on the menu.
We ordered Fish Tacos, Beef Burrito, and Bean Soup. As for the beverage, we ordered Hot Mint & Ginger Tea in regular size. Fish Tacos was great, I opt for the grilled fish and it tasted so good with the soft taco, salsas, plus the guacamole. Being a neutral subject, the fish got a nice twist with the chopped cilantro. It was served with something I'd say as fried rice, in fact it tasted like fried rice, spicy and plain red fried rice, I'm a fan!
Beef Burrito was another delicacy, generous on the beef, the overall wrap felt solid and packed. Oh how I like the lagit burrito. Served in two pieces of wraps, I really like the juicy beef complemented the cheese and beans, and the fried rice made an appearance as a side as well.
Next up, the Bean Soup. It was a hearty yet humble meal I'd go for nights when I don't feel like having dinner. Luscious soup crafted from red beans and subtly seasoned broth, onion was pretty notable in it, topped with a dab of sour cream.
I also appreciate how their regular tea came in a big glass, and boy they really mean it with the Mint & Ginger Tea. It was basically peppermint tea with real pieces of ginger and some peppermint leaves. Nailed it big time!
Price point is one of the thing to note here, while I wouldn't say their price range is expensive, but it could be, well...pricey. So some promos or discount would be a nice touch.
Live music with great music selection, nice staffs, legitimate meal, and great theaterical atmosphere made Amigos a go-to for when I want some mexican touch for my meal. But while I understand their target market, I can't justify 75k IDR for a big glass of tea. So yeah, safe to say that some menu could be unreasonably priced.
Overall, I like this place, their menus, and the feel you get when you stepping in. A great dining experience that got me messy!
