Wah berarti endulita babanero kali yaaa~
Setelah liatin menunya satu-satu, aku sih pengen brisket, tp burgernya menggiurkan juga HAHA
Alhasil aku pesen:
1 DOUBLE TROUBLE: buat kalian yg bisa tibaยฒ ngiler jd pengen keduanya, rekomen bgt pesen ini.... aku sih cukup puasss, worth it. Minusnya yaaa ga ada side dish aja gitu.
Brisketnya tender, smokey & rich flavor! Top.
Untuk pattynya juga ga overcooked.

The tacos are TOP (the taste of the brisket is very smoky, then the salad after adding lime juice adds a delicious taste...)
The quesadilla too ????
Mamah's favorite quesadilla when she brought this and she said it was delicious..
I forgot to take a photo of the food because I was already drooling from the smell

โ โ โ โ โ Outlet pertama yang dituju saat ke De park adalah LYMA ini, meskipun ngga lama setelah jam saat masih baru opening terlihat masih rada sepi jadi makan di area sampingnya, ngga lama setelah saya makan pengunjung ruamee.
Pesan Slow Beef Brisket tentunya yang superb, ini enak bangeeet, harga masih terjangkau tapi udah dapet brisket lembut yang katanya proses pembuatannya sampai belasan jam, pantas bisa seenak ini, tasty dan smokey.
Makan ini sebetulnya udah ngga pengen sidedish lainnya, cukup si daging aja udah kenyang, semua sauce-nya juga enak, paling suka honey mustard-nya.
Nyobain juga Taco De Lengua, taco lembut pakai topping potongan lidah sapi dan sayuran, ini lidah sapinya mirip sate padang haha, tapi enak, lembut juga.
The first outlet that I went to when I went to De park was LYMA, although not long after the opening hours, it looked a little quiet so I ate in the area next to it, not long after I ate the visitors.
Order the Slow Beef Brisket, of course, which is superb, it's really delicious, the price is still affordable but you already got the soft brisket which they say takes a dozen hours to make, deserves to be this delicious, tasty and smokey.
I actually don't want other sidedish, just the meat is enough, all the sauces are delicious, I like the honey mustard the most.
Also try the Taco De Lengua, a soft taco with a topping of beef tongue and vegetables, this beef tongue is similar to sate padang haha, but delicious, soft too.
