★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder why this place is not searchable in Google Maps. This restaurant (American Grill), is in same building as Business Hotel. I rated 4 stars only because everytime, yes, EVERYTIME, i went there, the Air Conditioner seems like not cool enough, more like fan maybe... Anyway, great services, great environment, great athmospher (for a calm, quiet place), and surely great food!

The aircon didn't working, the salad bar unfresh (my zauji complain the veggie already taste weird)
The steak didn't seasoned properly, clearly frozen meat, waitress didn't even bother asking either the steak welldone, rare, or medium well :(...
High pricey but low quality..so definitely no comeback..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to multiple outlets of Sizzlers in The US, Thailand and other branches in Jakarta as well never had such a sad experience. My last visit made me feel I shouldn’t be visiting them ever again.
Salad Bar was completely empty, on me asking they started filling it with each bowl having a spoonful of salad. Soup was horrible, probably cooked a week before. Same was the condition of potato skin and other dips as well. Coming to the Meat - Ordered Spicy Chicken + Lamb. Sauce was watery with no taste. Lamb Meat had gone off and was old, like plastic, Refer to attached pictures. Coca Cola was like water with Sugar so even that wasn’t right :).
On complaining Manager smiled and said not to worry we will give you 10% off. Left the entire food didn’t eat paid the bill and left off. As a brand if Sizzler is reading this, definitely you’re intervention is required. Franchisees like these will turn off your all time loyal clients.
