★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy coba swab PCR disini, utk swabnya bagus dan pelayannya ramah. Tetapi ketika hasil saya keluar, dan saya tanya ke call center apakah sudah diinput di Peduli Lindungi, mereka beralasan kalau saat ini jumlah pasien sedang membludak sehingga tidak bisa memastikan kapan hasil PCR saya terintegrasi dengan PeduliLindungi. Yang mengecewakan adalah cara menjawab dari call center tersebut. Saya bertanya baik2 tidak ada nada marah sama sekali tp dia menjawab saya dengan ketus "ya saya gak tau bu. Gak bisa pastikan, emang Ibu kira pasiennya hanya Ibu saja?" Call center tersebut bahkan tidak meminta data diri/nomor nota swab saya utk mengecek apakah betul sudah diinput. Hanya langsung marah2 dan berbicara ketus kepada pasien. Saya kecewa dan TIDAK MEREKOMENDASIKAN SIAPAPUN UNTUK SWAB TEST DISINI KARNA TIDAK TERINTEGRASI DENGAN PEDULILINDUNGI. Terimakasih.
Sy try swab PCR here, to swabnya nice and friendly waiters. But when my results came out, and I was asked to call center is already inputted in Care Protect, they argue that the current number of patients were booming so not sure when my PCR results integrated with PeduliLindungi. The disappointing thing is the way the answer of the call center. I asked baik2 nothing at all tp angry tone she answered me with a curt "yes ma'am I do not know. Not to be sure, Mother weve only guess patient Mother right?" The call center does not even ask for your personal data / numbers swab memorandum me get to check whether it really has been inputted. Only direct marah2 and spoke sharply to the patient. I am disappointed and NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TEST HERE swab KARNA NOT INTEGRATED WITH PEDULILINDUNGI. Thanks.
