★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat memuaskan, hasil antigen cepat keluar dan ga lama sudah terupload di PeduliLindungi. Bikin janji di Halodoc jam 12.00, namun lebih cepat daripada janji karena sekitar jam 11.30 sudah dilayani, mungkin karena memang terlihat sepi sewaktu saya datang. Langsung dicolok, ditetes di alat antigennya langsung di depan saya sampai hasilnya keluar (Puji Tuhan negatif). Lalu sekitar 10 menit hasil test sudah dikirim melalui WA dan diserahkan print hardcopynya juga (karena saya minta hardcopy juga). Saya minta hasilnya cepat muncul di PeduliLindungi karena memang saya test untuk perjalanan. Ga pakai lama, beberapa menit kemudian hasil test sudah muncul di PeduliLindungi. Terima kasih buat para staff di Klinik Pratama Biotech atas pelayanan memuaskannya, pertahankan, dan semoga sehat serta semangat terus buat para staff.
The service is very satisfying, the results of the antigen come out quickly and it won't take long for it to be uploaded to PeduliLindung. Made an appointment at Halodoc at 12.00, but it was faster than the appointment because around 11.30 it was already served, maybe because it looked deserted when I arrived. Directly plugged in, dripped on the antigen device directly in front of me until the results came out (Praise God negative). Then in about 10 minutes the test results were sent via WA and the hardcopy was also handed over (because I asked for a hardcopy too). I asked for the results to appear quickly in PeduliLindungi because I did the test for the trip. It didn't take long, a few minutes later the test results appeared on PeduliLindungi. Thank you to the staff at the Pratama Biotech Clinic for the satisfying service, keep it up, and good health and enthusiasm for the staff.

The place is comfortable but a bit hard to find, the receptionist or cashier is friendly, kind to those who stick their noses very gently...?
