Very strategic to go anywhere in SCBD.
The parking lot is quite small and not many space available.
To get to next floor you must switch elevator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic stay at Alila. Alila is filled with three fantastic restaurants: Chao Chao, Le Burger, and Vong Kitchen. I was fortunate to dine at all of them and was blown away by the delicious food and drinks crafted by the brilliant chefs & bartenders.
The luxurious amenities made my long-weekend trip relaxing from start to finish. The fitness center is one of the best gyms in Jakarta and I found myself constantly stunned by the breathtaking view at the outdoor pool.
I will definitely stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been wanting to stay here for quite some time now, and on my Birthday I decided to spend a night here.
We stayed at the Premium King room.
Alila is part of the Hyatt group, and as expected they have a very professional and engaging service. I got a complimentary birthday cake.
The room has minimalist look, spacious room, spacious bathroom, large bathtub, and very very complete toiletries and amenities. Every room is provided with a large TV and Marshall speaker
Located in the center of SCBD, it has a very cool looking background at the swimming pool. It has a 25m long pool and also small ones including a jacuzzi tub. The fitness center is near to a professional gym, complete tools, I love the gym.
Room service and staffs are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is located in the Vong Kitchen and has an extensive menu with great taste and quality.
Overall an excellent stay, and I will surely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting Alila SCBD yesterday and honestly quite taken aback experiencing their unimpressive B3 basement parking lot.
Its development was still ongoing, which made it dusty and messy with a lot of junks lying around. There was also no direct access to elevator to B3, we needed to go to B2 access first. It also had some water puddles around some car slot parking area. We needed to move the car from our original slot because when we open the car’s doors we did not notice the puddle was right there and it was quite uncomfortable to step on.
Adding to that disappointment, when we wanted to pay the parking fee using emoney/flazz card, the parking booth operator instantly said “the machines were broken” even though he initially asked which card we wanted to use. He did not even try to retry tapping the card again, saying “I have selected cash payment and I cannot undo it.”
Sure, we did not want to prolong this problem and paid in cash. But then he also said, “I do not have change, please pay in exact amount.” That was bizzare and quite irritating. He did not prepare any cash changes, the smallest bill we had was 50 (while the fee was only a very small fraction of it) and he did not even retry to cancel and use any other payment methods, or looking for other alternatives (we noticed the laziness of him to think).
As we went stalemate and nothing came to better conclusion, we asked him, quite politely, to find some change to his other colleagues out there first in order to prep himself better for a lot of cars were queuing behind us. After waiting for a couple minutes, thankfully the problem was solved.
Phew, quite a long rant just for a parking lot experience. But it was enough for us to think that Alila SCBD needs a thorough look on how their visitors might experience their one or two facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is excelent. However I was a bit worried, because they served pork based dishes and the cook said they use cooking ware for both pork and non-pork dishes. That is such a big deal for everyone who concerns about halal food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never stayed in a hotel where the doors made so much noise. Everytime someone in a nearby room opens or closes a door my whole room shakes. I think they didn't soundproof at all.
Decoration, restaurants, etc all fantastic but if you actually want to sleep then I suggest choosing a different hotel
