★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been receiving emails from this company for months and I have been trying to make them stop sending me email as I did not subscribed to their mailing list. There is no UNSUBSCRIBE option in the email which I am pretty sure is against the law. They have told me that there is no way for them to take me out of the list (what?). I will have to manually block their emails. They sent me steps to block them on Android and I said I use IOS, to which they sent me a generated reply. I have asked again multiple times and their only response was "Salam Hangat, mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanannya. Keluhan sudah dilaporkan ke tim terkait."
Sure, I found a way to block their emails at the end, but this makes me wonder: if the company couldn't even set a standard integrated emailing system and their customer service is beyond terrible, why should I trust them with my money?

Customer service has no initiative to resolve issues. Astounding why this company is even funded in the first place.
