Air sebelum jm 10 malam sudah mati. Jm 6 pagi sudah kecil sekali kluarnya. Tagihan selalu naik, harus bayar tepar waktu. Tolong dong jangan seperti ini aetra.

baru telat bayar 2 jalan 3 yg berjalan. sudah asal segel aja, tanpa konfirmasi. seharusnya ada konfirmasi klo mau di segel. ini mah dtg cuma bilang belom bayar 2 jalan 3 bulan yg berjalan. udah lgsg pergi trnyata air saya di segel dong. saya konfirmasi ke call center infonya bayar hari ini akan dibuka segel esok nya lgsg dibuka. sudah saya bayar hari itu juga namun esok nya tidak dibuka2 segel. please deh PDAM AETRA JAKARTA UTARA dibagusin layanan customer nya. Komplen warga tuh di percepat kerjanya. klo segel2 aja cepet bgt tanpa konfirmasi.
just late paying for 2 roads 3 that are running. it's just the original seal, without confirmation. there should be a confirmation if you want to be sealed. I just came to say that I haven't paid for the past 2 months for the past 3 months. I've already gone, it turns out that my water is sealed. I confirmed to the call center, the info is to pay today, the seal will be opened, the next day it will be opened. I paid for it the same day but the next day the seals were not opened. please, PDAM AETRA JAKARTA UTARA, improve customer service. The residents' complaints are accelerated. If it's just sealed, it's really fast without confirmation.

Liat ratingnya rendah sekali, banyak keluhan tapi pelayanan masih sama aja gak ada peningkatan. Paraaahhh!!! Tiap bulan air pasti ada aja mati, udah disetting ini mah pelanggan dicurangin

Manajemen bobrok ga becus urus air jakarta harus nya dipecat smua ini dibubarkan PT ga bermutu. Pelanggan ada problem ga ada tindakan, liat noh PLN langsung bergerak saat ada laporan pelanggan problem. Ini kaga udah laporan 2 kali air berhenti mengalir sudah 3 hari. Giliran telat bayar ga lupa sama denda lu kunyuk pelayanan nol besar. BUBARKAN AETRA DI JAKARTA

The customer has a problem, there is no action, see no, PLN immediately moves when a customer reports a problem. It's not been reported 2 times the water stopped flowing for 3 days. It's your turn to pay late, don't forget the fine, you have to pay zero service. Disband AETRA IN JAKARTA
