Untuk email respon nya lambat, dan untuk pelayanan cs via telfon nya tidak ada yang ramah! Termasuk via WA pun begitu, slow respon dan tidak ada standar template yang menunjukan keramahan. Kecewa ya RS ternama dan mahal pelayanannya CS nya kurang memuaskan

For email the response is slow, and for cs service via telephone no one is friendly! Even via WA, slow response and no standard template that shows friendliness. Disappointed, well-known and expensive hospital, the CS service is not satisfactory
