★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying in Zuri Express Cikarang is like coming back to 2nd home. All the staff still remember my name since I last visited a year ago.
To my surprise the new Sales and marketing lady Ms. Andini also know my name. With such warmth welcome how can one not feel like home right?
As usual after my 15 days of stay, I would come back to my room being clean and tidy. I truly appreciate the wonderful work that the housekeeping is doing.
Laundry service here is above par, cloth come back clean and most important on time.
Lobby and restaurant staff always welcome you with big smiles. This is always a good way to start a day.
Above all say, Zuri Express Cikarang has added in-house massage which I enjoy a lot especially after a hard day’s work.
Would be looking forward for my return stay in Zuri Express again.
I would like to truly thank all the staff you Zuri Express.

It was my first hotel experience post pandemic.
Room was sealed in the door when we arrived. They disinfected the room before guest arriving.
The staffs are friendly. The food is good. And we got all of this in friendly price.
