★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat sangat luas tapi cuma ada satu mekanik. Buka jam 8 pagi, datang jam 8.30 untuk servis ringan ganti oli dapat antrian ke 1 tapi tidak bisa langsung di servis motornya karena harus menunggu mekanik servis motor lain. Jam 10 lewat masih blm selesai juga. Apes deh...
 The place is very spacious but there is only one mechanic. Open at 8 am, come at 8.30 for light service, change oil, get the 1st queue but can't get the motorbike serviced right away because they have to wait for another motorbike service mechanic. 10 o'clock and still not finished. Too bad...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waiting room yg nyaman (full ac & wifi), diagnostic tools pakai laptop yg bagus, motor juga dicucikan (meskipun ga dicuci full seperti di car wash), ada program potongan/diskon juga
comfortable waiting room (full ac & wifi), diagnostic tools using a good laptop, motorbikes are also washed (even though they are not fully washed like in a car wash), there are cut/discount programs too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempat 1 Th tidak service motor , karena bingung mau service motor yamaha di mana jika di jakarta barat ini. Karena banyak penilain miring di banyak tempat service yang ada di google map, lalu saat saya lari sore lihat ada tempat ini dan ahirnya ke sini dan bagus tempatnya pelayanan ramah , tetapi ada 1 hal , seprtinya kurang team makanik nya, di karenakan mas yang service motor saya , juga bantu backup yang lain. So masukannya mungkin 1 personal harusnya konsen di 1 motor agar cepat penanganannya. Overall saya puas kok di sini , dan pasti akan kembali lagi di sini. Oh ya pembayaran di sini bisa tunai atau transfer by mbanking (saran lagi sediakan QR Code agar lebih praktis). Gak perlu ragu sih ini service Ok kok, tkhs team Ralika
I had not serviced my motorbike for 1 year, because I was confused about where to service Yamaha motorbikes, if in West Jakarta. Because there are a lot of skewed assessments in many service places on the google map, then when I ran in the afternoon I saw this place and finally came here and it's a good place, the service is friendly, but there is one thing, there seems to be a lack of a food team, because of the mas who service the motorbike I also help with other backups. So maybe 1 personal input should concentrate on 1 motorbike so that it can be handled quickly. Overall I'm really satisfied here, and will definitely come back here. Oh yes, payment here can be cash or transfer by banking (another suggestion is to provide a QR Code to make it more practical). There's no need to doubt, this is an OK service, thanks to the Ralika team
