★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Baru kasih tau keluhan udah gabisa gabisa. Saya bilang pinion starter beat karbu sudah dicabut, tapi mekanik kekeh langsung nolak gabisa. Padahal engkol gaada hubungannya sm starter. Sampai temannya kasih taupun dia masih sibuk cari part pinion. Dan akhirnya dia kasih saya solusi mau buka CVT tapi tetap kena jasa "service CVT"
2. Pas lagi mikir untuk pengerjaan, admin malah sarkas karena dikira gamau bayar. Mereka bilang "saya aja bayar blablabla" sambil ngomong ke temennya.
Kasihan sih sama yang kerjanya bagus di sini, malah kena imbasnya padahal karena cuma beberapa orang. Baru kali ini masuk honda begini, sisanya mah malah dapat snack gratis. Ga rekomen sama admin dan teknisi yang tua.
3. Ga ramah juga. Ada customer datang dia yang suruh naikin motornya, saya dengar teknisinya yang bilang ke admin. Saya lagi lihat motor saya, dia bilang misi mas, dan dengan ketus bilang "ruang tunggunya di sebelah". Ini mekanik yang agak gemuk tinggi.
Lalu yang saya kaget sih setelah selesai semua, saya dikasih kembalian dan nota manual. TANPA BASA-BASI ATAU TERIMA KASIH SEDIKITPUN. Adminnya diam saja, saya sampai pura-pura hitung ulang kembalian agar adminnya buka omongan.
Oiya, saya dari awal ga macam-macam kok. Setelan saya rapih dan kacamata ditaruh di kepala, pertama kali manggil mbanya juga pakai kata "misi mba". Masa gara² setelan saya? gaya saya ketinggian? Dan ada salah tangkap saja dari mekanik, di poin nomor 1 di atas.
Ga rekomendasi banget sekelas bengkel resmi, baru ini saya bilang lebih baik ke bengkel pinggir jalan.
 1. Just let you know that the complaint can't work. I said the carburetor beat starter pinion had been removed, but the chuckle mechanic immediately refused. Even though the crank has nothing to do with the starter. Until his friend told him he was still busy looking for the pinion part. And finally he gave me a solution, I wanted to open a CVT but still got "CVT service"
2. When I was thinking about working on it, the admin was even sarcastic because it was thought that she didn't want to pay. They said "I just pay blablabla" while talking to their friends.
I feel sorry for those who are doing good work here, even though they are affected even though there are only a few people. This is the first time I've entered a Honda like this, the rest I even get a free snack. I don't recommend old admins and technicians.
3. Not friendly either. A customer came and asked him to ride his motorbike, I heard the technician told the admin. I was looking at my motorbike, he said it was a mission, mas, and curtly said "the waiting room is next door". It's a rather tall, fat mechanic.
Then what I was surprised about was that after everything was done, I was given change and a manual note. NO HOPE OR THANK YOU AT ALL. The admin was silent, I pretended to re-calculate the change so that the admin opened the conversation.
Oh yeah, I didn't really mess with it from the start. My suit is neat and my glasses are on my head. The first time I called her, I also used the word "Mission Ma'am". Is it because of my suit? my style height? And there's just one catch from the mechanic, in point number 1 above.
It's not really a recommendation for an official workshop, I just said it's better to go to a roadside workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya nyari cover dasi supra x 125 tahun 2012 (batman) gak nemu2, sekalinya nemu d online bukan ori nya AHM. Pas nyari di aplikasi online tokopedia dpet almat toko ini, dan akhirnya di sini nemu juga brangnya yg bner2 asli dan orinya dari AHM, pelayanan bagus. Minta sekalian d pasang di tempat sma mekanik nya juga bagus pelayanan nya, komunikatif juga ke customer sperti saya ini.

I looked for the 2012 Supra x 125 tie cover (batman) and couldn't find it, once I found it online, not the original AHM. When I searched the Tokopedia online application, I found the address of this store, and finally here I also found the genuine and original item from AHM, good service. Ask all of them to be installed at the same place, the mechanic is also good, the service is also communicative to customers like me.
