pada awal november 2018, saya beli nmax secara cash. proses stnk dibilang 21 hari kerja. udah jamannya mobile tapi proses pembuatan surat-surat memerlukan waktu 3 minggu, terasa lagi di jaman batu.
akhirnya pada awal desember, saya dengan kepala diler bikin surat kesepakatan (bermaterai) yang intinya apabila sampai 15 desember 2018 STNK belum selesai, maka pembelian dibatalkan. refund 100%, kondisi unit apa adanya (tanpa ada unsur kesengajaan merusak, mengganti part, dll).
dan ternyata sampai 17 desember 2018, kepala diler tidak ada di tempat. usut punya usut, ternyata kepala diler sedang bermasalah dengan pihak yamaha. pihak yamaha belum menerima laporan atas transaksi tersebut. alhasil saya ga bisa urus STNK sendiri karna pihak yamaha tidak bisa mengeluarkan faktur (disebabkan kesalahan kepala diler).
usut punya usut, ada beberapa customer lain yang mengalami hal tersebut.

here I want to share my bad experience when buying a motorbike at this dealer.
At the beginning of November 2018, I bought NMAX for cash. The registration process is said to be 21 working days. it's the era of mobile but the process of making letters takes 3 weeks, feels like in the stone age.
Finally, at the beginning of December, I and the head of the dealership made a letter of agreement (stamped) which basically means that if the STNK is not completed by December 15, 2018, the purchase will be cancelled. 100% refund, the condition of the unit as it is (without any element of intentional damage, replacing parts, etc.).
and it turned out that until December 17, 2018, the head of the dealership was not there. Investigate a calibaration, it turns out that the head of the dealership is having problems with Yamaha. Yamaha has not received a report on the transaction. As a result, I couldn't take care of my own STNK because Yamaha couldn't issue an invoice (due to the dealer's mistake).
Investigate a calibaration, there are several other customers who experience this.
