My latest service in late 2021 was very disappointing; The drivetrain had not been checked thoroughly despite I already mentioned it at registration, tire pressure also not checked, some screws were exchanged with non standard ones, and no test drive after the service due to long queue. The next day my touring was ruined because the bike had a serious issue with loose chain. I expected excellent service for the price, yet all I got was a total disappointment. Won't be coming back here again.
